As we all look forward Into the new year, there are two views most businesses have. 1 - I have completely achieved everything I wanted to in this year and wouldn’t change a thing or 2 - I’ve been unhappy with certain aspects of the business and really need to reassess whether I should revisit some of my decisions and relationships that I’m unhappy with and need a reason to make a change.
We hear this a lot in our business through our customers and often times it takes some sort of significant event or situation that forces a change instead of pro-actively making the move that will better position their business for the better.
