I am hopeful and pleased that the newest requirements for massage therapy reopening in KY they are much more feasible 🙌.
Pending new spikes in the virus or changes in the regulations, I will be overjoyed to welcome you each into my shop once again on May 25th and forward. (By appointment only).
I am not able to take new client at this time.
I will be contacting clients I had to cancel first for rescheduling. Then I'll reach out to my regular clients.
If I have any new client availability I'll let you all know on here. 🙏
Feel free to comment or text me if you have any questions or concerns about the reopening, during business hours 9-6 mon-fri. #12705599424
I will let each client know the new protocols for entering the building and for the massage when scheduling, to make sure everybody's comfort is insured before the appointment.

Having trouble relaxing? Here is a link to one of my favorite relaxing songs.
It's called "weightless" and was was created by a band called "Marconi Union" in collaboration with scientists to help calm our brains.

No, I don't teach yoga, but since I can't give or receive massages at this time I thought I would share some of the things I have been doing to help keep my body feeling well!
I just did this short and sweet yoga warm up for beginners. This is the easiest video I've ever done. In a good way, it was explained well and still made me all warm inside after just 10min. So I thought I'd share. ❤️

Join me in this quick and simple 10 minute morning yoga for beginners routine to stretch out stiffness and energize for a great day. Yoga for Beginners Playl...

Though my shop is still closed at this time I wanted to share some relaxation.
Here is an article I found really helpful for myself, and it is scientifically proven.

"According to an article in psychology today, anytime you want to hack your vagus nerve to reduce stress or improve decision-making, a simple self-talk script could be: "I'm stressing out. In order to calm down so I can perform better on this decision-making task, I'm going to take two minutes (right now!) to do 10 rounds of vagus nerve breathing based on a 4:8 inhalation-to-exhalation ratio."

During the four-second inhalation phase, I'd recommend breathing in through your nose—as you relax the back of your eyes and visualize filling up your lower diaphragm with oxygen—and slowly count to four. Then, I'd recommend exhaling through pursed lips (as if you're blowing out lots of candles on a birthday cake) as you slowly count to eight.

Remember: If you're feeling especially stressed out, you can increase your rVNS breathing time to five minutes or a total of 25 twelve-second 4:8 breathing cycles. Repeat as needed. "

Hello all my dear clients, family, and friends!
Due to covid19 and KYs required temporary closures for certain businesses, I unfortunately, have to cancel all March appointments until further notice.
I will be closed as of 5pm Wednesday 3/18 until further notice.

I will contact all clients currently scheduled to let everyone know individually as well.

I'm very sorry for any inconvenience, and if you have a massage package or gift card I will absolutely not count this time against it's expiration.

I will let you know asap when I get the "all clear" to work again.

Till then I hope you all have relaxed, pain free muscles, and some time for personal relaxation!

Let me know if you have any questions.
