We’re excited to welcome Michelle Arrowood, MSW/CSW, to our KentuckyCare behavioral health team in Mayfield and Murray.

Michelle brings more than 30 years of experience in individual therapy, with a focus on supporting those affected by domestic violence, sexual trauma, and other life challenges. She takes a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, helping each person set meaningful goals and grow through their healing journey.

“My favorite part of my job is learning each individual’s story and walking alongside them as they work toward growth,” Michelle said.
