Do you sleep with your eyes open slightly? 👁️👀

You may not even know unless someone has told you or snapped a photo of you.

Symptoms for nocturnal lagophthalmos are usually:
-dry feeling upon awakening
-burning eyes
-red eyes/ usually one more than the other (sometimes it would be the side you slept on)
-feeling like something is in your eye
-blurry vision that goes in and out with blinking

Easy Over The Counter Treatments Inlcude:
-Sleeping in a silk mask to prevent exposure to air
-Using a thicker ointment such as HyloOptase ointment before bedtime (it will blur your vision some)
-Using a thicker drop such as Refresh Celluvisc, Refresh Liquigel, or Systane PM before bedtime to coat the eye
