As we prepare for the upcoming winter storm, it’s important to stay prepared and look out for one another. ❄️🤍 Everyone can be affected by extreme cold, but some members of our community are more vulnerable than others.

Please remember to:

Dress in loose, warm layers and cover all exposed skin

Limit or avoid time outdoors when possible

Consume hot foods and warm drinks (skip the caffeine and alcohol)

Check on neighbors, friends, and loved ones, especially those who may need extra help

A little care goes a long way—let’s stay safe and support each other through the cold. 🧣🔥
