The Fulton County Health Center (350 Browder St.) will have Harm Reduction Hub Services available this Wednesday, November 5th from 8:00 am - 3:30 pm and closed from 12:00 pm -12:30 pm for lunch. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are recommended. See the attached flyer for services that will be available on-site.

Target4 Project- Region 1 will be available at the Fulton County Health Center during Harm Reduction Hub hours for free HIV/HEP C testing.

Today 11/3/2025 between 11-2:30 at our Paducah-McCracken County Health Clinic, PDHD is conducting a staff safety drill. We are grateful for McCracken County Sheriff's Office for providing this training to us.
