I was at the hot springs and meet a young ladies who had been in a horrible car accident All her ligaments and tendons were damaged. She had recieved a massage which agrivated the injury and was soaking to try to relieve the pain and stiffness. I did some basic neck mobilization techniques and shoulder work. She had immediate relief, and was very great full. I was very happy to help here on her birthday. This really inspires me to continue doing massage. Thank you Mandy.

Take care of yourself and get a massage. I got one yesterday and my right adductors were tight causing knee pain. Releasing the tightness by elongating the adductor muscles, relieved my knee pain.

Even though I am semi retired from massage, I still have compassion for people that are in pain. I do Deep tissue therapeutic work for people that have chronic conditions.

This last snow storm made my hands hurt. New weather indicators I guess. I think I have arthritis developing in my left wrist and a few finger are showing signs too. I have had some trouble with my hands in the past but lately I have been experiencing cramping in my hands during massage. That's never happened before. That's the new occupational indication that it is time to retire. So I have made up my mind to close business effective, Nov 1st 2020. Hopefully this is before my hands are in constant pain and hard to use.
