Pagosa Springs Medical Center (PSMC) is a critical access hospital and rural health clinic located in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. The medical center is comprised of an 11-bed hospital, 24/7 emergency department, general and orthopedic surgery, outpatient primary and specialty care, integrated behavioral health, cancer center, and ambulance and trauma care. Our physicians and advanced practice providers specialize in a wide range of health services including cardiology, cancer care, neurology, and interventional pain management. PSMC offers walk-in visits five days a week through our primary care clinic, in addition to diagnostic imaging, telemedicine, infusion services and lab services. PSMC’s physicians, advanced practice providers, staff, board of directors, and volunteers work together to provide excellent, personal care to all residents and visitors regardless of ability to pay. Pagosa Springs Medical Center Foundation supports the hospital by raising funds for services and medical equipment to meet the community’s growing healthcare needs.

We’re excited to share that a fresh collection of incredible artwork is now on display on the PSMC hospital art wall! These pieces bring color, comfort, and inspiration to our hallways, and we invite everyone - patients, visitors, and staff - to stop by and enjoy them.

Please note: the artwork will be on display for a limited time. We’ll temporarily take it down to make room for the beautiful wreaths featured in our PSMC Foundation 7th Annual Silent Auction. Once the auction wraps up, the art pieces will return to brighten our space again.

A Special Fundraiser to benefit PSMC EMS

Event runs from Thursday, November 20th through Tuesday, December 2nd.
Bidding Begins at 8am on the 20th and Ends at 1pm on the 2nd.

You may bid in person or on PSMC's Auction Event Page on Facebook.
The wreaths will be on display at PSMC on the art wall on the 20th, if you would like to come and see them in person. All wreaths will be posted on FB as well for those of you supporting us from a distance.

PSMC is proud to align with Rise Above Violence (facebook.com/riseaboveviolencepagosa) for the month of October to promote The Clothesline Project. The Clothesline Project is a powerful visual display of t-shirts created by survivors of domestic violence, their loved ones and community members. The act of making a shirt is both a form of expression and a moment of reclaiming power. Each shirt is a message of grief, of hope, of survival.

These shirts will be on display thoughout the month of October.
