i did think that healthy birth across the planes of physical, emotional, and spiritual well being for mama and baby should look a certain way

perhaps outside, definitely at home, with partner, a support person
some close community family members near preparing yummy nourishment or making music

probably not with planning to arrive as the sun births itself into the horizon, calmly lifted from behind the foggy mountains

with joyful surprise, i find myself present for the birth of light emerging through surgery, with protective anticipation

ensuring the well being of mama and baby

looking healthy and well

I value learning and growth. I am curious about the world I inhabit, the body and mind and spirit that is me.
I am curious about the bodies and minds and spirits that we conceive and grow and bring into this earth. And the ones whose journeys lead them where they may. I presence birth portals as nourishing nectar and calming strength, bringing
ease and expansion and flow. Being curious with wonder for these souls journeys, these souls that seek to connect and come through, that we seek to connect with and bring in.
Opportunities for expansion bring me joy. I love connecting: with people, ideas, souls…
These certifications represent caves of curiosity I explore. I completed curriculums, and my curiosity, my desire to study and integrate and expand continues. My desire to share and explore brings me deeper into the mystery, the womb of our mother.
With deep gratitude I thank the creators of these containers, for the education and foundation they provide, to be a Holistically Empowered Rebel Birthkeeper!
This week I embark on a new exploration in the realm of birth support. For Wild and Natural births, for birth art and song, for deepening presence in my community and tribe.
The flow of Sacred Nectar infuses the journey, the path, clears the way.

I am appreciating taking the time and space to write and rewrite who I am.
I am celebrating deepening connections.
I am uplifting myself with breath.
I am loving myself for all the work I am putting into this journey and experiencing the evolutions of this experience.
I am owning my life as my own, my own to live, to choose, to act, to love, to create!
I trust all that the universe is bringing forth.
I am acting with the discernment of my lived and inherited experiences.
I am tuned in to my truth. My compass is aligned true north.
I am seeing the doors that hold the potential.
I open and walk through them, kissing reality with gratitude and strength as I kNow and experience life every more deeply.

May the Gods and Goddesses of my lineage hold and protect me.
May I have the joy, strength, trust, understanding, and inher clarity to find my way through the labyrinth of my inner and outer worlds.
May I be discerning with my energy, how I use it, where it is, whose energy surrounds me.
May I live in the sanctuary of my own soul, the safety of my wise, quiet, calm, peaceful mind.
May I know the safe refuge of my soul, supported by my own evolution, revolving and evolving and flowing through me onward.
May my light pe*****te my darkness.
May my shadows and stories bring me in deeper alignment with my truth.
May my light illuminate my path, showing me my way.
May I grow nourished and healthy, while nourishing the beings around me.
May I provide for my needs and ask for support when necessary.
