As soon as I feel the pressure of comparison or self judgement building in my mind and body I quickly shift my focus to gratitude - start by taking 5 deep belly inhales followed by slow exhales blowing out of the mouth.
Now think of 3 things minimum that you are grateful for.
Notice your heart warming up as your chest expands.
Sometimes it’s a daily lesson, but when I stop pushing and fighting for the next best thing…
When I focus purely on this present moment,
I realize that all that I have in this moment is what I’ve desired and manifested for so long.
• Slow mornings
• A beautiful, healthy baby girl
• More family time
• Improving my health
• A work schedule that is flexible and customizable
• Working less, making more
• A growing business

When you are caught up in the comparison to others or self judgment on not meeting the next goals yet…
Stop and think about all that you have in this moment.
All that you’ve accomplished so far,
and remember that you’ve already made it.
What you’ve desired is already here.
Whatever is meant to be; the next best thing is already on its way. ✨
