The goal isn’t to make anxiety disappear… that’s impossible as a human being BUT anxiety no longer runs my life.
With breathwork and the somatic tools I’ve learned, I no longer micromanage every moment of my life.
I have learned how to plan my week around my nervous system (the exact tool that I use every week will soon be available for you, I promise!!!).
I allow myself space to recharge and process stress when I feel it bubbling over. Learning how to regulate my nervous system has blessed me with the ability to slow down and really enjoy what truly matters in my life. 💖
