Fall Into Health is a community health fair hosted by Lake Erie College. Established by students of the Physician Assistant (PA) graduate program, the goals of the event are as follows:

Promote health and wellness activities across Lake County

Educate community members on the role of a PA

Build stronger connections within Painesville and the surrounding area

This event is free to the public and will offer the following services:
