Coach Monica from Myrtle Beach shared this picture with Pro Wrestler Nick The Gentle Giant, and self-proclaimed proud Weight Watchers member for
the past ten years. He popped in to attend attend the Friday 10:00AM Myrtle Beach
Studio Workshop!

He actively participated and shared that he
nailed his Star Goals two weeks in a row as he's been touring the country performing, drinking 100 fluid ounces of water every day and implementing portion control! AND he always finds a Workshop to attend while on the road!

Notice that both snack bags are the same size. What’s blurred out tells you they both have a 150 calories, both are gluten free and both taste great!
