We have recently opened a brand-new, expanded store, and we’re looking for an experienced Floor Manager to lead our sales floor and support our growing team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in delivering a great in-store experience.
You’ll oversee daily floor operations, support and direct staff, ensure excellent customer service, and step in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly. Strong equestrian knowledge, retail experience, and confidence managing a busy floor are essential.
What We’re Looking For
Strong background in retail and customer service, leadership experience, knowledge of tack and apparel, and the ability to stay organized and proactive in a dynamic environment. Must be comfortable working at least one weekend day.
