Greenbrier Nursing of Palestine The primary goal of our nursing & rehabilitation care center is to help you achieve your health and independence goals.

A team of professional caregivers are standing by to assist you. We make it our top priority to care for seniors with the respect, compassion and dignity they deserve. We understand that caring is what makes a community and without a sense of caring, there can be no sense of community. It's what sets us apart from any other Healthcare Center. Here at Greenbrier Nursing of Palestine our nursing staff are overly-courteous, respectful and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. Our primary goal is to get you back in a condition to be independent once again while maintaining a friendly environment and providing nutritionally enhanced meals. Whether for an extended stay or just a short-term visit after being discharged from the hospital, our staff are dedicated to providing the very best medically directed compassionate care for our residents and their families. We provide our residents and their family members with a 24 hour - 7 day a week Customer Care Line for them to express concerns or submit suggestions that help us better serve them. At Greenbrier Nursing of Palestine our culture is grounded in the golden rule and Christian ethic of, "do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Our annual trunk or treat was a huge success! We had a huge crowd our residents loved getting to see all the adorable and spooky costumes.

Big thanks to Heart to Heart Hospice for cooking up the delicious hot dogs and The Hospice of East Texas and Heritage Property Group for participating with their trunks.

And thank you to Solaris Healthcare, Angels Care Home Health, Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, My Texas Estate Plan PLLC, and Hospice Plus for the candy donations! We couldn’t have done it without you!

Did you know that Greenbrier Nursing and Rehab of Palestine is the only VA contracted facility in our area?
This means we are able to help Veterans with a service connection of 70% or more with long term care placement at NO cost to them.
We also are able to offer rehab to home services for those Veterans who have the Triwest CCN program, again, at NO cost to them.
Why is this better than using your Medicare or Medicare replacement for skilled rehab services? Because with those plans, you are subject to a copay per day that starts after the 20th day of your stay. With your Triwest CCN program, you are completely 100% covered for the entirety of your stay. If you would like more information about these programs and the qualifications, please feel free to reach out to Megan, Admissions Director.
