Anchor Care and Rehabilitation Center is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility where we provide the highest quality of health care services to our patients. We have a long history of providing quality subacute rehab for both long-term and short-term care beneficiaries. Our facility offers Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, in house wound care, stroke recovery, and 24-hour nursing care.
