After five incredible (and intense) years as a birth worker, I’m taking a step back 💔
I’ve been dealing with an autoimmune illness that’s made it clear my body needs rest—and the on-call life just isn’t sustainable for the long haul.
This isn’t an easy decision, but it’s the right one.
I’m so grateful to every family who trusted me to be part of your birth story. Supporting you has been one of the greatest honors of my life.
For now, I’m hitting pause—but I’ll still be cheering you on from the sidelines. 🥹🩵

🚨 BOGO half off on overnight postpartum care! 🚨

This year I am truly so thankful for all of the families who have allowed me to be a part of their birth and postpartum journeys! I am so excited to offer BOGO half off on daytime/overnight postpartum care! Max amount of days/nights is 10 per family. You can book in advance for dates in 2025 as well, depending on my available with birth clients. I love giving the families I work with sound sleep and the peace of mind knowing that you can be completely “off” for a night and let someone else take over. Us moms tend to be burn out queens, so consider treating yourself to sleep and true rest! Endlessly thankful for so many years of support and absolutely amazed that this little side project/passion has turned into something so much bigger than I could have ever imagined 🥹🩵

This in-person, four-week comprehensive childbirth education class will leave you feeling empowered and ready for your upcoming birthing day! Class is held in Grant, FL on Thursdays from 5 pm-8 pm. During our time together we will discuss…

Back in 2018 when I was a new mom, our baby monitor was hacked into and it was one of the worst times in my life. We were spied on for months, pictures were taken, and no justice was ever found. I spent a lot of time angry with myself and convinced it was my fault. Over the last few years I’ve kept speaking out about it and the dangers of these types of devices. Today I got to be part of a BBC podcast on this topic and bring even more awareness. I wish that young scared new mom back in 2018 could see herself now and the voice she’s found. Information on baby monitors has changed a lot over the years and now there are so many safer and more affordable options. I’m thankful that as a doula I have the chance to continue helping families avoid what we went through 🩵

Why yes I AM using adorable baby feet to get your attention! 🤣 I am officially available to take on another family for overnight postpartum care! For those that don’t know what a postpartum doula does let me break it down for you:

🔻Physical support
Help with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and caring for the baby while you rest!

🔻Emotional support-
Listen without judgment, answer questions, and help new parents cope with their emotions/transition

🔻Informational support-
Provide evidence-based information on newborns and postpartum care, and help parents assess worries

🔻Household assistance-
Help with light housework, such as dishes, laundry, and tidying up, and organize baby items
