“Doc. I’ve had back surgery before. Do you really think you can help me?” This is a patient before and after a procedure in the low back. On the left if pre-surgery, and the right is about 20 minutes later when we were done. We were able to restore the height of the disc to almost normal in a way. This was done under twilight sedation and the patient went home after 30 minutes in the recovery room.
