Healing is a beautiful journey, especially when you can trust your practioner. Surgery can be an emotional experience. There is no judgements. A lot of people don't feel safe enough to share their emotions bc it was an elected experience. That does not matter in my eyes. Your emotions, safety and wellbeing are my first and foremost concern, behind infection etc.. I can talk you through the healing process with confidence, there is no doubt you can lean on me. BUT, the true gift is understanding that healing is more than a staple or a scar. Your whole inner journey of transformation is equally important.
I am also certified as an Integrative Somatic Practioner. This is someone that can provide tactile tools to help you align your nervous system with techniques such as; breath, meditation, self-care, yoga, massage, body care, etc..
