Important News About Our Practice:

I am writing to share some important news with you, though it is both exciting and bittersweet. Beginning November 1, I will step away from my role at Comprehensive Neurology of the Palm Beaches to pursue a new and exciting path in preventive neurology and precision medicine at Atria Institute on Palm Beach.

This choice was not made lightly, as caring for each of you has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career and I am incredibly grateful for the trust and relationships we have built over the years.

While this next chapter in my career will take me in a new direction, please know that Dr. Jeff Gelblum, a highly respected and accomplished neurologist who has practiced in Aventura FL for most of his career , is committed to providing you with the highest level of care in our current office 601 University Boulevard Suite 102, Jupiter FL. Ariel Le, PA-C will also continue to provide exceptional care in our current office as well.

Some of you may have received a letter from your insurance company; however, please be assured that Comprehensive Neurology of the Palm Beaches will continue to accept your insurance, it is only that I will not be able to continue as your provider. You will not need to do anything with your records or seek care from another neurologist unless you choose to do so.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your care for all these years, for sharing your family members, caregivers, struggles and wins with me. It has been an honor to serve our community. I took a chance starting my own practice almost 8 years ago next month and it has certainly been one of the biggest accomplishments of my life. I appreciate your continued support.

At the end of the day, we (doctors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants) are all humans and we’re not perfect or always right. Sometimes we get destroyed on google reviews for things outside of our control or a patients’. perception of a visit. They often sting but we can’t respond and we’re degraded like a bad meal at a restaurant. But, it’s notes like these that make it all worth it. I post this not to toot my own horn, but to thank this family member for reminding me why we all do this job and the impact we can have.
