Her results were phenomenal and her overall transformation commendable 🙌 We are so happy to have supported her through this health and healing journey!

Over the last 3 month, Emily demonstrated consistency, discipline and commitment to her health. With weekly adjustments, yoga sessions, breathwork sessions and wellness lifestyle coaching — she reached all her wellness goals… with the exception of walking her cute dog chai everyday (but we will blame that on chai who doesn’t want to walk 😂) !!
