We are pleased to announce that Kimberly Jarelle, MSN, RNC-OB, has been named Chief Nursing Officer of the future Alan B. Miller Medical Center, set to open in April 2026.
With more than two decades of experience in women’s health, obstetrics, and nursing leadership, Kimberly is dedicated to advancing clinical excellence, fostering professional growth among nurses, and enhancing the patient and family experience.
As Chief Nursing Officer, Kimberly will oversee nursing strategy, professional development, and patient care operations, playing a key role in shaping the culture of Alan B. Miller Medical Center. Guided by her passion for safe, compassionate, and innovative care, she is committed to building a strong nursing team that delivers excellence for every patient, every time.
Kim’s dedication to advancing healthcare is reflected in her academic achievements, such as having three abstracts accepted for poster presentations at national conferences, focusing on evidence-based practice and family-centered care. She is also a co-inventor and co-patent holder of an obstetrical drape designed to promote skin-to-skin contact, reflecting her dedication to advancing maternal-infant care.
Kimberly is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN), the American Nurses Association (ANA), the American Organization of Nurse Executives and Leaders (AONL), and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Her involvement underscores her commitment to leadership, advocacy, and advancing the profession of nursing on a national level.
