Unlock better movement and lasting relief in this 60-minute hip strengthening workshop with Donna. The hips are the bridge between our upper and lower halves. When they’re out of alignment, the surrounding joints and tissues feel the strain. By mastering the art of hip stabilization, you'll learn to protect your knees, ankles, and spine from the strain of misalignment. Donna will take a deep dive into the practical application of functional hip stabilization exercises. We are so excited to officially introduce Lauren as a certified yoga teacher! A recent graduate of our YTT program, she has taken over teaching the Hot Vinyasa class at 12 pm on Monday's. She has been teaching Barre Sculpt at Thrive for the past two years, and brings over seven years of experience in the movement space. Lauren's classes emphasize strength, mindful movement, and feeling grounded in your body 🧘‍♀️ We are thrilled to invite you to continue growing with her in this next chapter.

Join Victoria as she leads you through gentle movement, breathwork, and guided meditation while a continuous stream of gong sound vibration resonates around the room. 💫

An immersive and profoundly relaxing experience, participants are enveloped in restorative vibrations and frequencies that promote balance within the nervous system, alleviating stress and assisting in recovery and transformation.

Please arrive early to settle in. Bring water, a yoga mat, and other items to make yourself comfortable like a pillow and/or blanket. $40 per person. This class is held in an unheated room and is 90 minutes.

✨ Welcome Joyce to the Thrive Team! ✨

Joyce received her 200 Hour Certification at Zoia Yoga and Wellness Studio in Wellington, Florida. A lifelong professional equestrian, Joyce originally came to yoga to help heal her body from years of professional show jumping. She soon discovered all that yoga has to offer- beyond the physical benefits- for the mind, body and soul. She then immersed herself in the practice and has become passionate about wanting to share with others all yoga has to offer. Joyce prides herself in creating a safe space for self discovery, allowing students to gain more self awareness and presence both on the mat and in their daily lives.
