THE HEALTH LOOP NO ONE TALKS ABOUT

Watch TV long enough and you’ll start to notice a pattern.

First comes the indulgence.
Then comes the inflammation.
Then comes the intervention.

A commercial for junk food…
followed by a commercial for the medication that treats what that junk food contributes to.

And the real problem isn’t that medications exist.
I’m glad they do.

The problem is that we’ve normalized a world where the cause is invisible and the treatment is permanent.

Instead of asking:

“What drug fixes this?”

Ask a better question:

What input created the signal in the first place?

Because health isn’t built in a pharmacy.

It’s built upstream — quietly, daily, with intention.

And once you see the loop…
you can step out of it.

Most people try to fix their energy, digestion, and sleep with supplements or caffeine.

But they ignore the one system that controls all of it…

Your circadian rhythm.

Your body runs on biological cycles that regulate:

• digestion
• constipation or diarrhea
• sleep quality
• energy levels
• hormone release
• mental clarity

And the crazy part?

It comes down to two simple habits:

☀️ Get bright light during the day
Go outside. Natural daylight tells your brain it's time to be awake and active.

🌙 Dim the lights at night
Bright indoor lighting and screens confuse your brain and delay sleep hormones.

⏰ Go to bed earlier
A good target is 9:30–10:00 PM, which allows your body to wake naturally with the sunrise.

When your rhythm is aligned, your body works with you instead of against you.

Your sleep improves.
Your digestion improves.
Your energy improves.

And it starts with something simple…

Light.

Your body is a biological system.

Not a machine. Not random.

If you’re relying on ultra-processed bars, soy isolates, and packaged deli meats, you’re missing the point.

Cleaner options win:
• Plant-based powders (h**p, simple blends)
• Quality whole-food sources
• Occasional processed meats — not daily staples

Your body doesn’t just need protein.
It needs protein that supports metabolism, recovery, and long-term health.
