As a patient of mine, you know that my comprehensive blend of muscular therapy, chiropractic adjustments, and rehabilitative exercise programming have been a steadfast foundation of my treatment approach. You also know that I have sought to keep care at our facility as affordable and accessible as possible by remaining in-network with major health insurance plans. In order to deliver high-quality care within the limitations of insurance coverage, sessions are typically structured around mostly passive, hands-on manual therapies and adjustments combined with a simple, rehabilitative home exercise program to be performed between visits.
While this approach has helped thousands of patients get out of acute pain and get back to living their lives without discomfort, there is a subset of my patients that have bigger ambitions. Ambitions that that include pursuing the highest quality of life possible. To enable their body to do things they haven't done before, or maybe haven't done in a long time. To live an active lifestyle not bound by physical impediments of the body.
Honestly, I have those same ambitions for each and every one of my patients. Ambitions that require a deep dive into strength, stability, power, endurance, mobility, and resilience that lasts throughout your entire life, not just "the good old days." The focus is not just inflammation of tissues and joints. We are not just a pain clinic; we are a performance clinic. Let me know if this sounds like you:
Your goals extend beyond short-term pain relief and include improvements in strength, endurance, stability, mobility, and/or speed
You have tried chiropractic and/or physical therapy, which provided some temporary improvement but did not eliminate the longstanding chronic issue, or symptoms kept coming back
You desire to live an active and pain-free lifestyle that includes not having to think twice about going on that hike, picking up your kids or grand kids, playing back-to-back rounds of golf, placing in the local marathon
If any of those goals resonate with you, then I want to introduce a new paradigm of care. If it doesn't, don't worry, you'll still be able to get the current treatment you're accustomed to. For the rest of you who are intrigued, read on.
Performance Rehab
Starting in 2026, we will begin offering a focused type of care targeted at gains beyond acute pain, and with a focus on performance. Treatment will include the therapies you're used to, but with a heavy focus on strength, mobility, and performance/sport/activity specific training. These sessions will be 30-60 minutes long and we will be deep diving on rehabilitative exercise programs in the gym. As an internal medicine doctor prescribes medicine for diseases, we will be prescribing exercise for movement dysfunction.
Success in this program requires motivation, dedication, positive mindset, and commitment to the treatment plan. Not everyone is going to be a good fit, so we're not just offering booking to anyone. For those of you interested in booking a discovery call to see if you're a good fit, please fill out this form to book your free discovery call. We'll review your health goals and situation to make sure you're a good fit for this program before we continue.
Stop putting off your life, your goals, and your happiness, and start taking action towards a healthier, brighter, more fun future. Let's make 2026 our best year ever.
