On Monday, it was announced that the FDA has decided to revoke emergency use authorization for two life-saving monoclonal antibody drugs.
Administered after someone becomes ill with C0VlD, these drugs have proven extremely effective with very few side effects…
In fact, studies showed that patients receiving the antibodies were 85% less likely to be hospitalized or die from C0VlD than those who did not.
So why on earth pull a drug that’s working… without serious side effects… from the market, when C0VlD is still roaring through the country?
The FDA’s explanation was that the antibodies are “unlikely to work against the omicron variant.”
This statement was made… and the drugs were pulled… without the FDA providing a shred of evidence that their claim is even true.
No trials were conducted, and no clinical data were provided.
The icing on the cake is, at the same time the FDA recalled the lifesaving treatment for possibly being ineffective against omicron…
They doubled down on the demand that more people get v@cc!nated with a shot that has proven over and over to fail to prevent catching the variant…
AND that fails to prevent hospitalization from it.
“Authorized treatments are not a substitute for v@cc!nation,” the FDA’s statement reads. “And a booster dose are recommended.” (sic)
The majority of the people infected with omicron have been v@cc!nated. They caught it anyway, and now they need treatment they can no longer get.
In fact, they’ve been v@cc!nated with a drug that is proven to cause a mountain of side effects, including death, miscarriage, blood clots, and heart disease.
But the FDA is taking monoclonal antibody treatment off the table and putting millions of sick Americans at risk because:
“This avoids exposing patients to side effects, such as injection site reactions or allergic reactions, which can be potentially serious, from specific treatment agents that are not expected to provide benefit to patients who have been infected with or exposed to the omicron variant.”
Useless shots with proven serious side effects are being pushed, while a treatment that may still be useful is being banned due to possible “injection site reactions?
The hypocrisy is appalling.
