It’s been quite a year traveling around South FL doing tarot pop-ups & readings, teaching classes, networking, & meeting some really interesting people along the way. HAVE AN ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Practicing gratitude is a quick way to shift into a higher frequency. Even when things seem dim, there is always something to be thankful for….the air you breathe, the sun that provides warmth, the legs that keep you mobile, the pet that greets you everyday, the food that provides nourishment, the roof over your head, and on and on.

When I have a “character-building” day, I remember to focus on what I do have right now. I have manifested everything in my life right up to this very moment; there is much to be grateful for - both little & big things.

Gratitude is an important step in manifestation; the Universe will keep providing as long as you give thanks along the way!🚦🚦🚦

Livin’ on the bright side! Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year; a time of new beginnings, brightness, & inner power.

Today, honor your light within by reflecting on how far you’ve come since last summer, expressing gratitude for what you have & what’s to come, & writing some intentions for the rest of the year…how do you want the rest of 2023 to play out? Dream big! The Universe is listening! 👂🏻👂🏻👂🏻

ASPIRE TO INSPIRE ✨✨✨

One key to a meaningful life is positively inspiring others, consciously or unconsciously.

It is much more to inspire than influence; I don’t want to influence anyone. I try to live authentically as possible. If I can inspire someone to try something new, think about doing things differently, or make positive changes, that’s a win.

It is said that you inspire more people than you know, which means someone is always watching. Make it worth their while. 🤩🤩🤩

You get to navigate & guide the ‘boat’ of your life, instead of allowing the ‘ocean’ of situations & circumstances throw you around.

To be a captain is to be responsible for our actions & behaviors, our attitudes & thoughts, & knowing we have the power to act accordingly.

Captains enjoy the journey; the glorious weather, the rough seas, the variety of passengers, all contribute to the trip. Not to mention the amazing stories they share about their experiences.

Do you feel the Captain in charge? Or more like a crew member falling victim to what life throws at you?

CHOOSE HAPPINESS NOW 😁😁😁

Happiness comes from within; it shouldn’t be based on external circumstances. Don’t wait for the partner, the house, the baby, the job to make you happy….choose to enjoy where you are today.

Gratitude, kindness, meaningful relationships, mindfulness, meditation are all keys to increase optimism & reduce stress. Or just start with a simple question each day, “what can I do to feel happy today?”

Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be…so don’t focus on what you don’t have, focus what what you DO. 💭💭💭

The Universe brings us so many opportunities, crossroads, challenges, people across our path during our lifetime. You owe it yourself to make the leap when it feels good, fly out of the comfort zone, & experience new things. You never know what each chapter of your story will bring, but it is a life worth living to find out. See each day as a lesson, a learning experience, or a win; make choices with less regret.
