We're proud to share that Ingenio San Nicolas (ISN) recently organized and helped fund a free, six-month first aid program for 28 members of our Veracruz, Mexico communities — concluding with a graduation ceremony where participants received their accreditation certificates.
Led by ISN’s Donations Committee and Social Communications Team, the program equipped community members with the skills to respond to accidents, illness and other emergencies in their own homes and neighborhoods. First aid certification is a valuable professional credential, and initiatives like this help strengthen self-sufficiency and improve quality of life for individuals and families alike.
"This project is part of our ongoing activities aimed at empowering our communities with skills that foster both personal and professional growth,” said the Donation Committee’s María Eugenia Jiménez. “We're proud to have played a part in bringing that opportunity to our communities and are grateful for everyone who helped make this project possible."
