We are pleased to announce Heather Craig, APRN has joined our practice and is open to see patients.

I’m a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Adult-Gerontological (AGNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP) care, with over 25 years of experience in healthcare. My background includes 15 years of bedside nursing and 10 years as a Nurse Practitioner in interventional pain management, giving me a comprehensive foundation in both physical and mental health.

With a strong background in exercise physiology and health promotion, I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to care that emphasizes the essential connection between body and mind. My approach is rooted in the belief that the brain is an organ—just like the heart or lungs—and deserves the same level of care, respect, and treatment for optimal functioning.

I specialize in treating adults and adolescents with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and mood disorders. My practice is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in collaboration—with patients and with other providers.

Whether you’re experiencing symptoms for the first time or navigating ongoing mental health challenges, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood and empowered.

Mental wellness is a journey—and you don’t have to walk it alone. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that honors your experiences and supports your goals.
