She grew up in Flagler County — and now she’s helping care for it. 💙

Bianca Iglesias, a Matanzas High School graduate turned AdventHealth Palm Coast nurse, is shaping the future of health care right where her story began.

With the help of our tuition assistance and mentorship programs, she earned her advanced degree and is now stepping into her next chapter as a women’s health nurse practitioner. 🌿

This National Nurse Practitioner Week, we’re celebrating caregivers like Bianca who are growing their skills and giving back to the communities that raised them.

Through teamwork and compassion, 70 volunteers packed 15,000 meals for local families in need — sharing hope and healing across our community. 🍽️

Over two days at ONE DAYTONA, more than 600 students from 13 Volusia and Flagler high schools stepped into the future of health care with AdventHealth — exploring hands-on simulations, labs, and VR while connecting with team members across every corner of care.

With support from our local school districts, students hit the road for an experience designed to spark purpose — bringing them face-to-face with careers that make a difference. 🩺
