How do I stay in shape?! A terrific question that I was asked this weekend. My friendly PT suggested that I download a free ap called "7 minute workout". It is quick, can be done at home, and takes just 7 minutes! I have added another free ap called "simply yoga". Currently I am just doing the 20 min series, but the options include 40 and 60 minute yoga. The routine I am currently doing totals 30 minutes, 7+20+3 of Chi Qong/5 Tibetans. Try it and let me know how you feel after a few weeks. Happy Thanksgiving to all. Enjoy the blessing of family, food and friends.
