Saying Good-bye to St. Augustine.
Over the past year, my St. Augustine practice has held a very special place.
I began seeing clients there during a time when our family needed extra stability, while my husband was recovering from an injury and out of work. As life shifted and he returned to work, and as we opened our home to fostering, I made the decision last summer to let go of my St. Augustine room and focus more on home and family.
Around that same time, a wonderful colleague—an acupuncturist just across the parking lot—offered to share her space with me. She was facing a cancer diagnosis and stepping back from her own practice, and I felt called to stay and support her in whatever way I could.
Over time, I’ve come to realize that while I care deeply about her, I feel my role in her journey is complete for now. Sometimes support looks like showing up—and sometimes it looks like knowing when to step back, honor your own limits, and simplify.
Right now, simplifying is what allows me to be more present for my family, my clients, and my own well-being.
With that in mind, I’ll be concluding my St. Augustine practice as of March 4th, with just three more Wednesdays remaining.
I would love to continue seeing you in Palm Coast, and for anyone who has prepaid sessions and is unable or unwilling to travel, I will of course provide reimbursement for the unused sessions.
If you’re able, I’d also like to share my colleague’s GoFundMe (https://gofund.me/158175690) page as another way to support her during this season. Sometimes the most meaningful help is simply standing beside someone in spirit and community.
Thank you, as always, for your understanding, trust, and continued support.
