Join us for a powerful full-day advanced training at the Intuitive Living Institute that invites you to experience energy in an entirely new way.

Life Vibrations is a deep dive into energy as vibration — not just as a concept, but as something you can feel, sense, and embody. Led by Chris, this immersive workshop will guide participants through the subtle layers of energy, beginning with the chakras and moving beyond the energetic bodies into higher vibrational states.

The morning session will offer lecture and discussion, weaving together intuitive understanding with elements of quantum physics, helping to bridge science and spirituality in a grounded, accessible way. In the afternoon, we’ll move into guided practical exercises designed to help you experience these vibrations directly — noticing how different frequencies feel, how they resonate within you, and how they interact with the greater field around us.

This training is about more than awareness — it’s about realization. Through direct experience, you’ll begin to clearly sense how deeply interconnected we are with the universe and the quantum field itself. What we think, say, feel, and do does not exist in isolation; it ripples outward, influencing the greater whole.

We’re excited to welcome Jenn Taylor Coaching and Holistic Services back again, offering two new calming workshops this time.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or carrying more than you realize, this workshop is a gentle invitation to slow down and reconnect with yourself from a calmer, more grounded place.

Calm the Chaos explores how the nervous system and emotions impact the body. You’ll learn how to:
• Recognize your body’s yes and no responses
• Understand how emotions can be stored in the body
• Be introduced to simple mind-body and energetic tools that support regulation and ease

This experience is designed to help you feel lighter, more present, and supported in everyday life.

We’re SO excited to announce that FREE ADMISSION postcards for the Flagler Wellness Expo are launching this week! 🙌

We’ll be dropping them off at local businesses and community spots all around town — so keep your eyes open!

✨ Last year, this was one of our favorite parts of the Expo. Seeing people walk in with their postcards, smiling and excited to be there for FREE, truly filled our hearts and gave us all the feels. It was such a beautiful reminder of what this event is all about — community, accessibility, and joy. 💛

You can jump in for the parts that fit your time, energy, and interests — every bit helps.

We’ll meet every couple of weeks for prep, and then weekly leading up to the event. On event day, we get to turn an empty space into a full-on wellness marketplace and welcome practitioners, vendors, and attendees! It's a wonderful event with the most amazing people!
