✨ New Format for the third Saturday of the month Meditation ✨

We’re excited to introduce something special for tomorrow’s workshop… our Intuitive Messages Circle 💫

This has been such a popular experience in the past, and we’re so happy to bring it to you. Instead of a traditional meditation, our teachers will be seated in the center of the room and will offer each participant a personal intuitive message, just for you.

Because these messages can be more personal in nature, this class will not be available on Zoom or recorded.

Class updates: No regular meditation workshop tomorrow and no zoom either as we are are all set up and ready for Life Vibrations Training with Chris tomorrow ✨

We have TWO whiteboards ready, so you know it’s going to be a day full of deep learning, insight, and powerful knowledge to absorb.

We are so excited to welcome each of you and spend this time together.

Training begins at 10:00 AM. As our regular meditation is canceled for tomorrow, there will also be no Zoom option for this training. We will be back in zoom action on Thursday.

Lunch will be provided. We’ll have sandwiches and some delicious baked goodies by Chris, but if you have specific dietary needs, feel free to bring your own too.

Join us for a powerful full-day advanced training at the Intuitive Living Institute that invites you to experience energy in an entirely new way.

Life Vibrations is a deep dive into energy as vibration — not just as a concept, but as something you can feel, sense, and embody. Led by Chris, this immersive workshop will guide participants through the subtle layers of energy, beginning with the chakras and moving beyond the energetic bodies into higher vibrational states.

The morning session will offer lecture and discussion, weaving together intuitive understanding with elements of quantum physics, helping to bridge science and spirituality in a grounded, accessible way. • What wisdom wants to come forward for us as a group?
• What questions are stirring in your heart?

This is an experiential workshop, there’s nothing to prepare, just bring an open mind and your curiosity.

Chris will be joining us as we continue to grow and explore this new format together. We don’t have every detail mapped out, and that’s part of the beauty of it.

Wow… last weekend was AMAZING!!! 💛

We are still basking in the love and feeling so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you who showed up as a vendor at this year’s Flagler Wellness Expo, and to the public who came to support us.

Nearly 80 beautiful, powerful tables came together with one shared intention to help, to heal, and to uplift our community.

The connections that were created ripple far beyond those two days. You are making a difference in ways you may not even fully see yet. Coming together as helpers, healers, and lights for one another is such a powerful and truly beautiful thing to witness.
