Hello! Amy will be out of the office September 29 – October 3 for a medical procedure.

This means Louise will be running the ship by herself that week. We ask for your consideration with these items so you can get the service you expect from us!

· Please use TEXT or EMAIL over phone, you will get a faster response (Amy will be working behind the scenes to help from home)

· Please be mindful of your appointment time. We may not have the ability to chase you down if you are late or miss. And remember, if you confirm and you no show, you are responsible for the $35 fee!

· Therapy appointments (including Shockwave) will be limited. Mrs. Dr. Davis will be in the office Wednesday 10/1 between 9am-1pm for shockwave; the other days it will be dependent on openings in the dr schedule
