🔥 Welcome, Coach Tom Eldridge
Our newest coach, Tom Eldridge, brings 21 years of service with CAL FIRE and the Riverside County Fire Department to our OsteoStrong family. In addition to his service as a first responder, Tom earned his Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

He also serves as a Lab Instructor for the Emergency Medical Responder program at College of the Desert, continuing his lifelong commitment to helping others learn how to respond, recover, and grow stronger.

A proud member of the Coachella Valley community for over 28 years, Tom lives with his wife and two children in Palm Desert. Please join us in giving Coach Tom a warm OsteoStrong welcome!

We are also celebrating an exciting milestone for Coach Horacio Solis, who recently earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Cal State San Bernardino.

Horacio’s passion for movement science and biomechanics shines through in every session. His next goal? Pursuing certification in physical therapy, deepening his expertise in rehabilitation and corrective exercise.

Diane understands the power of encouragement. She knows that consistency builds confidence. In fact, she reversed her osteoporosis to osteopenia as a member of the Mar Vista OsteoStrong!

Meet Diane Taub, who REVERSED her osteoporosis to osteopenia with Osteostrong and is now a coach at OsteoStrong Palm Desert. Diane IS OsteoStrong!

Diane was a dedicated member at OsteoStrong Los Angeles for two years and was thrilled when her DEXA scan showed a dramatic improvement.

What is Osteostrong?
Osteostrong is a unique system for developing musculoskeletal strength scientifically proven to increase bone density, muscular strength, balance, and posture while reducing or eliminating joint and back pain.

Who is Osteostrong for?
People (women and men!) who want to improve bone density, balance, and posture; relieve joint pain, and strengthen the musculoskeletal system.

How does it work?
As your coach guides you through your session (Osteostrong is always guided), our proprietary 4-piece circuit of equipment exerts a certain amount of force pressure on the bone to stimulate growth from the inside out, lubricate joints, relieve pain, and even lower A1C over time as myofibril cells get denser and absorb more glucose.

Osteostrong is different from the gym or pilates as it emulates the force of higher-impact activities safely, gently, and effectively without the dreadful side effects of medication.

How long does each session take and how often do you go?
Each weekly session takes about 15 minutes, starting and ending with several minutes on a full-body vibration plate.

Does Osteostrong require special clothes or shoes?

Is it a binding commitment?
No! Osteostrong is month-to-month; we ask for a 30-day notice to cancel or put your membership on hold if you are traveling for a month or more.

We're in a REAL-LIVE episode of LOVE IT OR LIST IT!

We just completed demolition, framing, and electrical on our Osteostrong Palm Desert Wellness Center on Varner Road at Washington Street in the Stater Brothers Marketplace.

We ran into a few delays with the county and are now looking at opening sometime between June 6th - 13th. It is SO EXCITING!
