Creating a sigil is a wonderful witchy expression of creativity and intention. It can be meditative, ceremonial, or magical. It most certainly is sacred ritual as it is created solely with your intention. ✨

I first learned to create sigils by utilizing simple symbols to represent larger ideas and combining those together to create a community sigil. Then I learned another way beginning with my short phrase, crossing out all the vowels, then crossing out any repeated letters, then arranging the letters to create a symbol.

Once you started using/creating sigils, you'll discover there are many ways to create them. I think their greatest power lies in your own personal process and/or what resonates with how you choose to create your sigils. It's all about intention and practice✨ Check out these two great ideas for creating sigils...

As a licensed and certified VST practitioner, I use therapeutic singing bowls specifically design for their powerful vibration and sound on or around your body. The vibrational energy of the bowls facilitates the deep alpha, theta, and delta states of rest which activate your body’s own healing abilities and higher states of consciousness.
