“I’ll start when I feel ready.”
Sounds smart… until you realize how many months, sometimes years, that sentence steals.
Almost nobody feels completely ready when they begin.
They feel unsure, out of routine, maybe even a little intimidated. They wonder if they’ll be the slowest one, the most out of shape one, the one who doesn’t know what they’re doing.
Then something interesting happens.
They show up anyway. 💪
One workout turns into a few.
A few turns into a routine.
Energy starts coming back. Strength starts building.
Confidence starts showing up in places far outside the gym.
And suddenly, a few weeks later, they’re wondering why they waited so long to start in the first place.

Someone else’s journey isn’t your measuring stick.
Their pace, their body, their progress doesn’t tell your story.
The only comparison that matters is you vs. you.
Are you stronger than you were before?
Healthier?
More consistent?
More aware?
If yes ~ you’re doing more than okay. You’re doing awesome 🌟
Don’t let comparison rob you of progress you’ve earned.
