I created Thrive to be a healthy haven that nourishes my clients' bodies, minds and spirits through upbeat, uplifting and FUN workouts and nutritional counseling that help them blossom and grow into their best selves. My motto is: "You were born to be GREAT"

I believe that fitness should be a life-affirming, exciting, heart-pounding, blood-pumping, energizing experience so that you love it enough to come back and workout day after day. Thrive is no meathead gym -all of my clients are thoughtful, smart, busy, successful women and men that want to work with a specialist that values their time, money and commitment.
