Restorative Solutions is hiring a PRN OTR or COTA to provide community-based occupational therapy across pediatric and adult populations throughout Pinellas County.
You’ll support children with developmental needs and adults navigating pelvic health challenges, making a direct impact in the environments where our clients live, learn, and thrive.
This is ideal for a therapist who values autonomy, creativity, and a supportive, fun team atmosphere.

🧩 Responsibilities
Provide high-quality OT services in clients’ natural environments (homes, daycares, community settings)
Create individualized treatment plans for pediatric + adult clients
Communicate with families, caregivers, and team members
Maintain accurate documentation
Represent Restorative Solutions with professionalism, compassion, and a growth mindset
🎓 Requirements
OTR or COTA licensed in the state of Florida
New grads WELCOME – mentorship provided
Passion for pediatrics and whole-family wellness
Comfort with community-based visits
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable transportation (Pinellas County territory)
