We had a fun filled week celebrating Happiness Week! Chef Vince prepared a wonderful cooking demonstration of ‘seared salmon with a fruit salsa’. We then had author Bozena Gasior give a talk about her experience raising her son who was diagnosed with Autism and seeing him excel in playing the piano. One of our favorite entertainers cheered everyone up for Happiness Happy Hour! And to close out the week, Elvis entered the building!
