Yoga-Self-Care After Thanksgiving
Friday, November 28 from 5 -6:15pm
Please join me for a 75min yoga self-care class after the major holiday. This afternoon session will start with some powerful pranayama (yogic breathing exercises) followed by three gentle movements in standing to work the nervous system to wake up the awareness in the body, let the blood flow and just letting go of any holdings. These short movements are as well excellent if you have pain in the body. The rest of the class we will practice gentle yoga poses that will restore mobility, strength and balance. You will leave this class lighter, limber, and alert in your body and mind.
