Low Tide Yoga Yoga, because that sh*t feels good. Mobile & Onsite classes for everyBODY. Teaching Yoga since 2004, I recognize the need for variety within the yoga community.

So many shy away with assumptions of, 'I'm not strong enough, flexible enough", etc. Or "yoga is boring, it's too 'granola' ". I am here to break that mold. Yoga is for everyBODY, we are not the norm. Class should brings smiles, laughter, and a sense of peace. We should leave our mats feeling humbled, but stronger. Our practice on our mats, laughter and all- becomes a metaphor for how we live OFF of our yoga mats. Life is a balance. Lets be kinder to others, and also kinder to ourselves. Let go of expectations, set healthy boundaries. Be present. Yoga- Because that sh!t feels good- we wouldn't do it if it didn't!

Thank you to every human who showed up—messy, tired, hopeful, cracked open.
Thank you for building this space with your presence, your joy, your consistency. Thank you for your bu****le lasers.
Low Tide Yoga is community. And you made it real.

Monday night we release what no longer serves us—
the stories we outgrew, the weight we carried out of habit, the versions of ourselves that no longer fit.
No forcing. No fixing. Just letting go.

Come move. Come breathe.
Come leave behind what you don’t need to drag into the new year. And join us for pot luck after class! Please feel free to bring something to share
