When someone clears their morning for an appointment, showing up matters. Coordination, scheduling, and follow-through protect more than timelines—they protect trust.
When accessibility equipment is installed, preparation matters.
Families notice when technicians arrive ready, organized, and respectful of the home.
Operations leadership ensures projects run smoothly so installations are handled with the seriousness Veterans expect.
Veterans notice certain things immediately:
• Discipline
• Accountability
• Professionalism
Those values shape how this leadership team approaches accessibility work. We make sure every Veteran and family receives reliable support inside their home.
After a Florida rain, that one porch step feels different. Humidity and surface moisture affect outdoor lift rails and platforms. Routine inspection keeps entry steady from Miami to Sarasota.
Veterans and seniors use stairs at night, too. Lighting, fatigue, and balance change after dark. Access solutions should reflect how homes are used around the clock—not just during the day.
Veterans using wheelchairs or scooters often ask this first. Vertical platform lifts move straight up. Inclined platform lifts travel along stairs. How they move affects safety, space, and daily use, not just where they fit.
Spouses and adult children often manage stairs quietly. Reliable access reduces lifting, coordination strain, and physical stress—supporting caregivers while preserving independence.

Warrior Service Company was established in 2012 by Alex Presman, a service connected combat wounded Marine amputee. As a Marine deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003, Presman was wounded after stepping on a land mine in route to a Baghdad Hospital transporting medical supplies. The blast caused partial amputation of his left leg and multiple shrapnel damage. After being medically evacuated he was visited by President George W. Bush and awarded a Purple Heart by General Hagee, then Commandant of the Marine Corps. After his rehabilitation process, Presman was fitted with a prosthetic leg and medically retired from the military at the rank of Sergeant.
Having studied business management in Pace University and working as the acting manager for a primary care medical practice, Presman gained extensive experience dealing with medical supplies. In 2012, Presman created the medical supplies company, Warrior Service Company, with a primary goal of serving fellow Veterans. Since its inception, Warrior Service Company has provided Durable Medical Equipment and services to the federal government and commercial customers across New York, Florida and Texas. This provision of services includes, but is not limited to: home delivery, pick-up, set-up, all types of repairs, evaluations, and medical center visits for discharge planning.
