True or false: infertility is just a women’s problem?

False ! And this one surprises a lot of people. Infertility isn’t one-sided. About 35% of cases are female-related, 35% are male-related, 20% involve both partners, and 10% are unexplained. That’s why evaluating both partners is such an important part of understanding what’s really going on.

“They communicate well, no question is small or stupid and they are happy to answer all concerns. The technology is quite modern and the facility is professional and inviting as well. They also have their own facility to perform all egg retrievals and embryo transfers, it's like a mini hospital that treats only their patients and all procedures are performed by Dr. Abdallah.”

"My husband and I feel very fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Abdallah from the beginning of our infertility issues and not had to waste any time or money on a doctor that does not intend to do everything needed to assist infertile couples." đź’™

Egg freezing offers a way to preserve your fertility for the future, giving you more options and flexibility when it comes to family planning.

The process involves stimulating your ovaries to produce multiple eggs, retrieving them through a minimally invasive procedure, and freezing them for future use. While your biological clock continues to move forward, frozen eggs remain the same age, which can improve your chances of pregnancy later on—especially when eggs are frozen before age 35.

Age plays an important role in fertility and success rates, which is why planning ahead can make a meaningful difference.

If you’re considering egg freezing and want to learn whether it’s the right option for you, call to speak with one of our fertility specialists at (760) 346-4334.

“This was one of my favorite things about this office, was the nursing staff!!! Everyone was so compassionate and after awhile knew who you were. From the nurse that prepped me for my room to the person answering the phones!”

“Dr Abdallah was such a great Dr. I knew from an early age that I would have trouble trying to get pregnant. He never judged me of my age. He helped me in every way he can. He took the time to figure out what was wrong and why we couldn’t get pregnant. He knew from the very start what would be the best treatment for me and my husband, he was so kind and compassionate about everything.” 💙

If you’re preparing for an embryo transfer, understanding the difference between natural and medicated cycles can help you feel informed and confident in your next steps.

In a natural cycle, your body takes the lead. We rely on your own hormones to prepare the uterus, with one egg developing naturally and your o***y producing the hormones that guide the timing of transfer. This option may be well suited for patients with regular cycles who prefer minimal medication.

In a medicated, or programmed, cycle, we support your body with estrogen and other medications to prepare the uterine lining to the optimal thickness for transfer, without relying on natural ovulation.

A medicated cycle may be chosen because it offers more control and scheduling flexibility, is ideal for women with irregular cycles, and may improve timing and consistency for some patients.

So which option is right for you? Every body is different, and every journey is unique. At ARC, we help you understand your options and personalize your treatment plan based on your health, your needs, and your goals.
