The moment when The LGBTQ Center of the Desert becomes the first Blue Zones Project Palm Springs approved worksite: day officially made. 💙🌈👏🏼

This morning marked the last spring Flourish Workshop 🌱with Oswit Land Trust and this time Native Foods joined us for a cooking demonstration featuring native plants that the amazing volunteers used to help restore the Prescott Preserve wildlife corridor.

From low-sugar, plant-based banana bread and cookies crafted with wild mesquite flour to lemonade featuring desert lavender to ice cubes with desert mallow, it was a floral celebration of the senses. Day officially and deliciously made. 💙
