Box Squat Day!
Box squats offer benefits like strengthening your posterior chain (glutes, hamstrings, lower back), improving squat form and depth control, increasing explosive power, enhancing hip mobility, and providing a safer way to train heavy or rehab, focusing on the hip hinge and building strength out of the bottom of the lift. They teach you to sit back, activating glutes and hamstrings more than traditional squats, while reducing knee strain and improving overall strength and power.
