Why do I wear scrubs for work? People ask me about this all the time, so here’s the truth: it’s about energetic boundaries and treating this work with the respect it deserves.

When I put on my scrubs, I’m stepping into sacred practitioner space. When I take them off, the session energy stays contained, it doesn’t follow me out of the studio.

This is healing work. Real healing work. And it deserves the same level of intentionality and professionalism as any other healing practice.
