A two part pour concrete footing is in. Will wait at least five days before we remove the wall. And will start getting ready for the second part of the concrete, which is the floor. The floor blueprint call out for 2 inches of sand and add 15 mil plastic than another 2 inches of sand so a total of 4 inches of sand with number four rebar 16” on center throughout the floor before the concrete is poured.

I was called by (PACIFIC cleanup & hauling) And the owner asked me will I be able to do a demo and complete it the same day? He sent me pictures and I told him yes no problem. Didn’t take a crew. Did the demo started at 11 AM and was complete by3:30 PM. I really enjoy what I do in the construction 🦺 field. The owners of the house 🏠 said he would like to keep all the wood. So I had to take every nail and screw out individually with thought, destroying the old bitterly wood. The owners were very pleased with me work!!!

Jobsite is moving forward. pass nailing inspection today was able to hang drywall. Going behind previous contractors is always a pain in the you know what. Because the customer have to pay twice for something that should’ve been done right the first time. If you’re going to do a project, please get your blueprints first before you do anything else. And make sure the contractor build according to what’s on your blueprints.
