Rebounding, hiking, indoor cycling & light weights over past few days…So blessed…to keep moving ….they all have great benefits ….” 🥾🚲💪🤔
Rebounding—drains your lymphatic system, cardio, strengthens glutes, helps with sleep, etc…
Hiking—cardio, works the leg muscles , physically & emotionally good for you, Vitamin D, great for your heart rate, etc…
Indoor exercise bike-cardio, works glutes, calves, heart rate , etc…
Light weights—builds strong muscles, helps with bone density as we age, tones, etc…
I’ve put ETC…after all of these as you really need to google all the benefits of each and every one…I’ve listed more of the benefits of them in past posts … but like I always say find something you enjoy doing first, so you’ll stay with it but try to have a little variety. Don’t just do one thing/activity, IF possible…Variety IS Key…” STAY ACTIVE!!
