I forgot to post these last week. The flowers are from one of our super sweet patients (you know we have the best patients ever!), and the donuts are from Dead Horse Donuts in Palmer. If you haven’t tried them, you need to! They were huge, delicious, and some were even sparkly! If you know me, I love anything pink and sparkling.

Hello everyone! I’m sure some of you recognize me already—it’s me, Samantha! 🤗

I’m a board-certified Advanced Practice Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN, FNP-BC) joining Lakeview Family Practice. I’ve been a nurse in the Mat-Su Valley for just over eight years and recently stepped into my role as a nurse practitioner after graduating in October 2024. It is truly an honor to serve such an incredible community through a practice that is deeply committed to whole-family care—and through a community that has taught me so much along the way.

At Lakeview Family Practice, we specialize in family medicine, and I’m proud to provide comprehensive care through every stage of life. Whether it’s managing chronic conditions, supporting preventive health, or being there for life’s everyday moments, my goal is to offer personalized, compassionate care.

Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me surrounded by plants, hiking Alaska’s beautiful trails with my dog, Cane, or spending quality time with my family. I believe balance, connection, and time in nature are important—not only in life, but in healing as well.

I’m truly grateful to be part of not only Lakeview Family team, but the Mat-Su Valley community, and look forward to caring for you and your loved ones!

This makes my heart happy that we have such generous patients, vendors, employees, and community members that just popped in to help us fulfill the wishes of children in our community. We are glad that our clinic can be a part of Operation Angel Tree. Thank you to everyone who participated. As you can see, there are still some angels left, so please stop by and grab one, or two if you wish.

The team from Capstone Clinic stopped by today to share an update on their Diabetes Education Program. Sarah and Wade were exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions.

They are truly committed to supporting our community—whether individuals are newly diagnosed or have a long-standing history with diabetes. Their approach makes education engaging, accessible, and empowering for everyone involved.
