I did it! Long run is done, and it's a 10k! And apparently a new personal best 😎. I did not want to do. Promised myself I could stop and take a break every thirty minutes. Next thing I knew I was at forty five minutes, and still had lots of energy left. Go figure. Tomorrow's probably gonna be a rest day 😏. I am so grateful that I have a healthy body that lets me do this 😎

The "idontwannas" were intense today. I overslept and felt out of sorts as a result. I hopped onto zoom to visit with my friends, and . They gave me the incentive to soldier on 😏. I went with 10-minute workouts. 2 were Tai Cheng, the last was total body cardio. I feel a bit better now, but I'll probably get on the treadmill later. I'm so glad im able to keep this habit going 😎.

And the season has begun! This is an event we've never done before, but it looks like fun 😁.  it is done 😎.

Trying to finish up Tai Cheng. Today was putting more of it together. I remembered aot, but struggled a bit, too 😏. Trying to decide if I want to continue tomorrow or try to get in a run. Cuz I signed and me up for The Next Loop in April. And so it begins 😎.

Oh my, what a day. I'm going with I got to spend the whole afternoon with him and joined him for dinner in the dining room. And that because I have been strength training and did my run today I was able to better handle the stress and had the strength to lift him and out of the wheelchair and the car when we went to urgent care this afternoon. Apparently he broke a couple of ribs when he fell last week and is in some significant pain. More so when he coughs, sneezes, or laughs. His sense of humor is still in tact and he actually told me I did a good job maneuvering him around today without causing him too much discomfort. Oh, and for dinner I got to have barbecued shrimp with polenta and roasted Brussels sprouts! It was SO good 🤩. I am so grateful that I get to spend all this time with him ❤️

I actually woke up this morning wanting to run instead of lift weights! That has never happened before 😏. I did warm-up and cool-down rides, too. So glad I got it done because the rest of the days was wildly out of my control and I think I handled it pretty well. Tomorrow us leg day 😏.

Guess who and I got to visit this morning?? And we brought him treats from ! Dad loves cookies so we got him a giant peanut butter cookie with peanut butter cups in it 😋. I am so grateful that I get to spend all this time with him ❤️
