UAF is offering free counseling services — a fantastic resource available to adult Alaskans. 💙

If you or someone you know could use extra support, this is a great place to start.

💙 Want to make a change in your life? Looking for extra support this semester?

The University Community Mental Health Clinic (UCMHC) is now accepting new clients!

✨ Free 45–50 minute counseling sessions are available once a week for 10–12 weeks, from Sept. 2 – Dec. 12, 2025.
✨ Sessions are offered in-person or via telehealth.
✨ Open to all students, staff, faculty, and community members living in Alaska.

Counseling is provided by graduate-level student clinicians, supervised by licensed faculty. This is a safe, supportive, and confidential space for you to take care of your mental health.
