The other day I came around a corner and saw a school bus at the kids bus stop. The thought crossed my mind this is great, things are getting back to normal. Then just as quickly, I realized it was not a bus for picking up our kids to come and go to school, what used to be the normal event, but rather, it was our school lunch ladies, handing out lunches to kids.
In a matter of seconds I was over come with emotion as once again I see the community effort to reach out and help one another through these challenging times ...a big shout out and thank you to the whole community, especially the teachers and "lunch ladies" who are making such a difference. One child, one lunch at a time.
